Panozzo Vitoloni Digital Services OÜ provides virtual phone numbers that can receive SMS messages (mainly for account verification and real personal messages). We do not provide calling services or outbound messaging.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what’s needed to run the service safely and legally:

• Account info: email, name (if provided)
• Billing info: handled by Stripe (we never see your card number)
• Identity verification info: if required, handled by a third-party KYC provider
• Usage data: messages received, timestamps, service usage patterns
• Technical data: IP address, device info, logs (for security & abuse prevention)

We do not read message content unless required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or support requests.

3. Why we collect it

We use data to:

• Provide and maintain the service
